Description
The series is designed to be a long, delicious, multi-week body scan: each class will focus on a various space in the physical body and postures/cues will be offered accordingly.
SCHEDULE:
LEGS – Sept 10th
HIPS – Sept 17th
BELLY – Sept 24th
BACK – Oct 1st
HEART – Oct 8th
HEAD – Oct 15th
WHOLE BODY BRILLIANCE – Oct 22nd
Classes held via zoom on Thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm. You will receive an email with your class link within 24 hours of your purchase.
